Shipping
Cranio Creations undertakes to dispatch ordered goods as quickly as possible. As a general, non-binding estimate, subject to product availability and events of force majeure, goods will be delivered within 1–2 business days starting from the first business day following receipt of payment.
Returns
Under Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, if the customer is an individual purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without providing an explanation and without penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Cranio Creations within 14 business days of receiving the goods. This notice must be sent by email (cranioheroes@craniocreations.com) or telegram within 14 days and followed by confirmation sent by registered letter with return receipt within the next 48 hours to: Cranio Creations S.r.l., Via Ettore Romagnoli 1, 20146 Milan (MI), Italy.
